1. How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment from PayPal and all major credit cards. One advantage of using PayPal payment method offers faster, safer and easier checkouts and promises to protect customers from revealing their credit card and other financial information to the merchant.
2. Can I use a credit card to pay for my order?
Yes, of course, because PayPal is compatible with credit/debit cards. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
3. What currencies can I use?
We currently only accept the US dollar (USD). If you wish to use another currency - you can do so through PayPal during checkout.
4. The items says ‘Sold Out’?
We usually do not restock once the item is sold out, however, please contact us if you are in doubt and we will try our best to assist you. All our items are season, so we recommend that you purchase as soon as you see it available.
1. Where do I enter a discount/promo/store credit code during checkout?
You will enter your discount code during Step 2/2 of checkout. Promo/Discount codes cannot be used on previous purchases or be combined with any other offers. Any item purchased with a discount code is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email. Fashiony.co is not responsible for any delays with the postal service, lost or stolen packages. Any taxes, duties and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Fashiony.co is not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees due at the time of delivery to the customer.
1. Do you ship to PO BOX address?
Yes we do. Simply type in your address accordingly.
2. It is urgent and you need your order to ship fast?
You are able to select express shipping options during checkout. If you need an express or overnight shipping option - please select 2 day, overnight or another option that will work for you. Please note that it can take up to 24-48 hours for your items to ship. Once they are shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If you have any other questions regarding expedited shipping, please email email@example.com. If you have an order number - use it in the email subject as a reference.
3. I have received a faulty item.
If you CONFIRM that your item was shipped faulty, please let us know immediately through email. Please include as many details (including photos, if possible) about the order and the problem with the items and we will find a decent way to solve this for you. Please include your order number. 4. What if my item was returned to your warehouse?
If your item is returned to our warehouse for any reason (delivery attempted, incorrect address, return to sender, etc), you will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the items. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, you can return your unworn item(s) within 7 days of receipt for store credit only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
All returns must be returned with a tracking number - USPS, FedEx or UPS. Please email your return tracking confirmation number to: email@example.com. You are responsible for any return shipping/handling fees. Reference your order number in the subject and/or body of the email.

Once we receive the item back, in perfect condition, we will process a credit for the cost of the item/s returned. We will email you a store credit for the amount of the merchandise. If we find any signs of wear on the item(s), we reserve the right to refuse the return.

2. What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
If there is anything about your order, contact our customer service right away and they will figure out a way to solve this, as you cannot change anything on your own once the order has been generated online.

Your store credit will be issued in the form of a promo/discount code. During Step 2./2 of checkout, enter your store credit into the box labeled 'Promo/Discount Code'. The value of your store credit will be deducted from your order.
